This will be a thread to discuss what could be done for a world that takes into account all that the Pathfinder system has built in.

Pathfinder has added many new elements that change the underlying assumptions of a given D&D setting. These include new base classes, new playable races and new archetypes for all classes. Golarion makes space for all these new elements very well, but other games may not do as good a job.
While I'm not necessarily creating a new setting right now, I am interested in a creative discussion about the possibilities. This discussion could focus on creating a particular setting (whether ever used or not) or could brush across multiple possibilities.
