Torbrand d’Kunderrak - Dwarf (warding) Wizard. A treasure finder for house Kunderrak, Torbrand is a bit of a cocky SOB. He is clever, and daring. he is an expert on far less than he assumes, however. He is looking for treasures, be they Brelish, Dakkani, or otherwise.
Grizzlemaw - Shifter barbarian. A commando in the war, he has turned these skills to bounty hunting. He is fluent in goblin, and not above taking contracts from both sides of the border. He is strong and tough, but as subtle as a brick.
Scrapheap - Warforged Fighter. The war was not kind to Scrapheap, an appellation adopted by the soldiers with whom he served because of the haphazard repairs over the years. He is mismatched and lumbering, but effective in a fight.
I would like to do the wizard most, but I’m open to any of them.

Torbrand d’Kunderak - Dragonmarked Dwarf Wizard. Torbrand is a novice treasure finder for House Kunderak. More than a few Brelish pay caravans disappeared in the Morguul Pass area, and now, with the war over, that gold is up for grabs and House Kunderak could use the extra liquidity. The post war era is a far different landscape for the banking house, fewer nations are willing to write off massive expenses as the cost of doing business. The people can’t be spurred to accept taxes far more onerous in a patriotic fervor, but peacetime is for rebuilding and rebuilding costs money. Torbrand is on a secondary mission. There is an account full of junk gold in the for of wedding bands and tooth fillings, whoever that account belongs to is an obvious war profiteer, and perhaps a war criminal under the treaty of Thronehold section IV part 44. . Torbrand has been assigned to find the owner of that numbered account and prove the provenance of the contents, so it might be seized, if the war-criminal is prosecuted, so much the better. The trail begins in Sterngate. Torbrand graduated number four in his class at Arcanix last semester, and he is a little salty not being number one. He is incredibly smart, and clever and crafty to boot, but the masters in the bankers guild believe that a little time in the real world will humble him and make him easier to work with. He arrives on the lightning rail wearing a tricorner hat, is longish hair is tied into a pony tail. He wears smoked glass spectacles, a linen shirt with the sleeves rolled up under an embroidered vest. A silver cigar case is in his vest’s inner pocket and a wand sheth his at his hip. He wears rugged canvas pants and sturdy, well polished boots. He carries a satchel of tooled leather with the manticore of House Kunderak in brass on the clasp. His bags are more fit for travel on a lightning rail than an open road.

The last deposit for the numbered account you are trying to track down was made 3 months ago. An unmarked agent of House Kunderak by the name of Linene Graywind received the payment and provided an itemized receipt. Linene is know to mostly deal with small claim miners and fur traders so this larger deposit was definitely an outlyer. A stylized N was provided as the mark of ownership for the account on deposit and was denoted on the receipt.
