Gundren Rockseeker - The Dwarven employer that hired the party to deliver an ox cart of supplies for his expedition to Barthen's Provisions in Phandalin. Gundren is currently being held at Crawmaw Castle located several days travel to the Northeast of town.
Nundro and Thorden Rockseeker - The older and younger brothers of Gundren. These two are camped somewhere in the area and come into town every two to three weeks to resupply. It has been three weeks since either dwarf has been seen in town.
Sildar Hallwinter - Sildar is a human male in his early 50's that has the look of someone who has served most his life in the military. Sildar met Gundren in Stariluskar and has come to Phandalin seeking information about a missing Brelish spy named Iarno Albrek. Sildar is currently offering the party a reward of 100 gp for locating Albrek, who was last seen in town two months ago. Halia Thornton (who runs the Miner's Exchange) helped Albrek deposit a large sum of possible war profits into a House Kundarrak bank account that belongs to someone with a stylized "N" as their signature.
Toblen Stonehill - Cyran refugee who's family used to live in Stoneholt (now Phandalin) and has returned with his wife and son. Toblen came to Phandalin as a prospector but soon realized he knew more about running an inn then he did mining.
Trilena Stonehill - Wife of the Innkeeper.
Pip Stonehill - Young son (age 12) of the Innkeeper
Linene Graywind - Female dwarf non-dragonmarked member of House Kundarrak. Linene runs the Lionshield Coster and serves as the banker for House Kundarrak in this region. Linene can issue banking writs for House Kundarrak, though the maximum value of each writ she can issue is 100 gp (You can obtain multiple writs of 100 gp). The Lionshield Coster is one of two businesses that are not extorted by the Redbrands. Lionshield Coster would normally sell weapons, armor, or finished goods such as silks and imported wines. Linene will buy weapons and armor, but will not sell them currently while the Redbrands are in town.
Daran Edermath - Retired adventurer, owns the orchard on the edge of town. May know the location to Cragmaw Castle.
Halia Thornton - Human female, runs the Phandalin Miner's Exchange. The Miner's Exchange maintains deeds and claims for the region and acts as an intermediary that assays any goods prospectors and trappers wish to liquidate. The Miner's Exchange is the other location in town that the Redbrands do not extort or intimidate.
Elmar Barthen - Owner of Barthen's Provisions. Barthen's trading post sells most goods in the Player's Handbook with a value of 25 gp or less. Elmar does not sell weapons or armor.
Harbin Westor - The unofficial leader in town, Harbin holds the title of Townmaster and acts as the record keeper and judge.
Elsa - Gossipy barmaid for the Stonehill Inn.
Glasstaff - Leader of the Redbrands.
The Black Spider - Individual who is working with the Cragmaw Clan and ordered Gundren captured. Gundren had a map on his person with the location to Wave Echo Cave.
King Grol - Bugbear leader of the Cragmaw Clan, currently has a 500 gp bounty and is probably running things from Cragmaw Castle, which you now know is a most likely a Cyran ruin in the Seawall Mountains or Stirge Forest to the Northeast.
Klarg - Bugbear lieutenant of King Grol. Klarg ran the Cragmaw Hideout and has been killed by the party. Sildar paid the 100 gp bounty on Klarg's head.
